Q: Why don't you support Colorific or 3Deep?
A: The owner of Colorific and 3Deep discontinued the products and support early in 2004. The only OEM licensed to distribute Colorific is LG Electronics and they are currently responsible for their own support. No OEMs are licensed to distribute 3Deep nor have they been since July 2002. Our source code license does not provide for or allow for support of these software titles or any of the prior licensees.Q: How do I find the product code for Colorific?

A: Your version of Colorific or 3Deep is trying to upload a calibration to a site that no longer exists. When you get the message to that effect, you can set it to remind you later. A: E-Color, Inc. closed in July 2002. Any software you have from them is old and not XP compatible. Trading up to ColorWizzard or 3DxWizzard will likely solve problems you are experiencing. A: 3Deep had not used any code or numbers for over 4 years when it was discontinued in January 2004. There are no codes or numbers available.Q: How do I get support on ColorWizzard or 3DxWizzard?

A: Creative licensed that software from E-Color, Inc. E-Color closed in mid-2002, ending the license and any support for that product.
